Privacy becomes an issue when you are a public figure and idolized by millions. The K-pop sensation Lisa from BLACKPINK recently spoke on the same subject.

During an interview with Rolling Stone, Lisa shared how the high profile makes it harder to have a private life. Lisa described how things become very invasive, especially in public spaces. She said, "If you go somewhere, people are going to just put the phone right in front of your face, and sometimes, you're not ready to be taking the photos." As such, it reflects constant scrutiny with little regard for personal comfort.

Like everybody else, Lisa wants to experience moments of simplicity and relaxation. She joked that she wanted to step out in casual wear minus the pressure of staying camera-ready, saying, "Sometimes, you want to be barefaced with pajamas, go out and eat.".

However, despite all the challenges, Lisa appreciated her fans and the attention they gave her. She agrees on the other side: "That's the thing is a little tough for me sometimes, but I'm more happy that they notice me.".

Lisa's honesty resonated with most netizens who expressed that there is a need to respect her and other celebrities' privacy more. Indeed, fans love to interact with their idols but the statements of Lisa have highlighted the significance of some boundaries and personal space which celebrities also deserve.
