HDFC Mutual Fund added around 16 new stocks to its portfolio in March, including Swiggy, Reliance Power, JSW Holdings, Zen Technologies, Raymond Lifestyle, and NTPC Green Energy, while it completely exited five stocks, namely Capital Infra Trust, ICICI Securities, KSB, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, and Gujarat Ambuja Exports.
The fund house added 23.60 lakh shares of Reliance Power, followed by 4.29 lakh shares of Swiggy. It also included 2.69 lakh shares of Niva Bupa Health Insurance and 1.65 lakh shares of NTPC Green Energy, along with 3,178 shares of JSW Holdings.

On the exit side, HDFC Mutual Fund sold 75.75 lakh shares of Capital Infra Trust, followed by 2.60 lakh shares of ICICI Securities, 1.14 lakh shares of TVS Supply Chain Solutions, 1.13 lakh shares of Gujarat Ambuja Exports, and 42,770 shares of KSB.

It reduced its stake in 159 stocks, which included Kotak Mahindra Bank, L&T, HDFC Bank, Bank of Baroda, Hindustan Aeronautics, Reliance Industries, SBI, Adani Ports & SEZ, Titan, HUL, Bharat Forge, Siemens, Voltas, Asian Paints, Varun Beverages, REC, JSW Energy, BSE, and Ashok Leyland.
There were around 17 unique stocks in the fund house's portfolio, including Bajaj Healthcare, BEML Land Assets, Delta Corp, Goodyear India, OCCL, Ramco Systems, Shriram Properties, Sadbhav Infrastructure Project, IKIO Lighting, Epack Durables, Premier Explosives, and OCCL.
Industry-wise, the fund house had the highest allocation to financial services at 33.05%, followed by consumer discretionary at 15.50%. The lowest exposure was in utilities, at 2.60% as of March 2025.
