Indonesia introduces single digital arrival platform for tourists

Send Push
Indonesia has introduced a new ‘All-Indonesia’ application that combines the Immigration Arrival Card, Customs Declaration, and Health Declaration into one digital form for all incoming travellers.

The system, jointly issued by Immigration, Customs, and the Ministry of Health, will be fully operational from September 1, 2025 at major airports including Soekarno-Hatta (Jakarta), Juanda (Surabaya), and Ngurah Rai ( Bali). The app, launched in mid-August, will reduce paperwork and speed up entry procedures, according to a report by Fragomen.

Travelers can complete the form up to three days before arrival and will only need to show the QR code generated by the application at the airport. Group registration is also available for passengers flying together.

APEC card holders and foreign ship crew members may select the “No Visa” option in the application and will receive manual assistance from airport officials.

Airports not yet covered under the system will continue to require the manual Arrival Card and the electronic Customs Declaration.
