Realty developer Central Park will invest Rs 550 crore in developing a serviced apartment project in Sohna, near Gurgaon. The project is developed in 3.818 acre area within company’s township Central Park Flower Valley.
It will develop 353 units and expected to complete the project by 2030. Company said that 85% of the inventory is already sold out.
With strong precedents across similar offerings in the Central Park portfolio, Selene is also expected to deliver healthy returns and rental yield, making it a sound proposition for both end-users and investors alike.
“With Selene, we have introduced a new paradigm in luxury living. The project challenges the conventional idea of residential spaces and sets a new benchmark for the city,” said Amarjit Bakshi, Chairman & Managing Director, Central Park.
The project also features multi-tier security systems, high-speed elevators, and easy access to on-site infrastructure such as The Vedanya School and Medanta Clinic.
“The response to Selene has been phenomenal, and it affirms the growing preference for concept-based luxury living. Buyers today are looking for more than just a home; they are looking for a complete lifestyle, backed by trust, transparency, and thoughtful design,” said Ankush Kaul, President – Sales, Marketing & CRM, Central Park.
