Avendus Wealth and Hurun India on Tuesday unveiled the U35 List 2025, recognising 155 entrepreneurs and nextgeneration leaders aged 31–35 across India. The list highlights innovators shaping industries from traditional sectors to newage businesses, marking India’s next wave of economic growth.

Key Insights
1. Firstgeneration entrepreneurs: Over 75% of the cohort.
2. Top cities: Bengaluru leads with 54 names, followed by Mumbai and New Delhi.
3. Regional dominance: Karnataka and Maharashtra account for 56% of the list.
4. Sector diversity: Leaders span agriculture, logistics, clean energy, manufacturing, fintech, healthcare, and software.
5. Valuation & funding: Nearly 50% of companies valued over USD 500 mn; select ventures like PRISM ( OYO), Meesho, ShareChat, and OfBusiness raised over USD 7 bn collectively.
6. Employment impact: Companies employ over 7,67,000 people.
7. IIT representation: Over a third of the honourees are IIT graduates, with IIT Delhi, Kharagpur, and Bombay contributing significantly.
