After working together in the hit film Maamannan, renowned stars Vadivelu and Fahadh Faasil were back on screen together in the latest film titled Maareesan. This Tamil slow-burn thriller is directed by Sudheesh Sankar and produced by Super Good Films. The film is extra special because it was the 100th production from this well-known banner. The makers have now officially announced the OTT release date of the film.

For the unversed, Maareesan is a slow-burn thriller that tells the story of two very different individuals, an elderly man suffering from Alzheimerās and a petty thief. The two embark on a road trip together, but as the journey progresses, it becomes clear that both are hiding secrets. Vadivelu plays the role of the Alzheimerās patient, while Fahadh Faasil takes on the role of the thief.
