Indore (Madhya Pradesh): An employment fair will be organised at Dussehra Maidan on May 11 to provide employment opportunities to skilled, unskilled, educated and unemployed youths of the district.
More than 10,000 youths and over 100 companies are expected to participate in the fair.
IT, retail, e-commerce, BPO consultancy, pharma, fintech, sales, marketing, accounting, real estate and finance companies will recruit workers in the fair.
The youths participating in the fair will have to register through Google Form or QR code which will be free. It is mandatory for the youths to bring their biodata, photo, identity card and educational certificates with them.
Collector Asheesh Singh has appointed officers for various arrangements. Executive director of MPIDC Himanshu Prajapati has been assigned the responsibility of nodal officer. The responsibility of coordinating with the companies for providing employment and self- employment and calling the companies for registration and stall allocation has been assigned to deputy director, District Industries Centre PS Mandloi.
The responsibility of contacting the aspiring youths and giving information related to registration and programme and printing pamphlets in urban and rural areas has been assigned to the CEO of the District Panchayat Siddharth Jain.
