Khloe Kardashian sets record straight on every single cosmetic procedure she's had done

After a viral TikTok analysis speculated extensively on Khloe Kardashian's cosmetic history, the reality star, 40, stepped in to clarify exactly what she has had done over the years.

Aesthetic doctor Dr. Jonny Betteridge, founder of JB Aesthetics in London, shared a detailed breakdown of what he believes to be Khloe’s transformation over the years, including potential procedures such as a face and neck lift, brow lift, chin implant, rhinoplasty, and more.

"Taking into consideration Khloe's appearance from many years ago, we can appreciate just how much she has changed over the years," Betteridge said in his video as well as pointing to clues like a 'repositioned earlobe' and a 'receded hairline near the ears' - both of which he says could be clear signs of facelift surgery.

"In the after image, the hairline near the ear is more pulled back, which can result in a smaller sideburn," he added. "Apart from the jawline being more contoured and the neck tighter... the earlobe is slightly detached and hanging away from the face, but in the after it's tucked inward, smaller and more flush with the jawline."

In the video, he called Khloe's transformation 'a dramatic transformation' emphasising visible changes in her nose, lips, chin, and eyes. On Instagram, he said: “There are clear signs of both non-surgical tweaks and likely surgical procedures.”

Betteridge made clear that his analysis was “purely speculative and based on my professional opinion,” and admitted: “I have no personal knowledge of any treatments Khloe Kardashian may or may not have had.”

However, Khloe swiftly responded in the comments, confirming the treatments she has actually had done. “I take this as a great compliment," Khloe said before adding: “First off, I think these photos are about 15 years apart, but here’s a list of things that I have done.”

Khloe then listed off the procedures she has had as she wrote: "Nose job @drkanodia90210, laser hair for the hairline and everywhere else @sevlaseraesthetics, Botox and Sculptra where my face tumor was removed in my cheek @7qspa, soft wave laser for skin tightening @softwavetherapy, filler in the past but not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so I'm sure it's still there but calmed down), lost 80 pounds over the years (slow and steady), collagen baby Threads underneath my chin and neck, salmon sperm facials/regular facials, peptides, vitamins and daily skin care."

She ended her post with a nod to modern aesthetic options: “In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery but when it's timed, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors.” In a follow-up comment, she added: “Those photos are actually OVER 15 years ago... man time does fly.”

Khloe has faced years of scrutiny over her appearance, especially online, where she’s been accused of heavy filtering and editing. In 2021, she finally confirmed what fans had long suspected: she’d had a nose job. A year later, she publicly thanked her surgeon, Dr. Raj Kanodia, calling it her "perfect nose."

“My whole life I would say - I’ve always wanted my nose done, forever,” she told Robin Roberts during an ABC special. “But it’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it.”

Khloe's candid confession comes after her younger sister Kylie, 27, made a surgery confession of her own last month - sparking hundreds of celebrities and social media influencers to come clean about their own procedures.

Kylieimpressed fans when she answered a fan's question about her breast implants. One curious fan on TikTok wanted to use Kylie's breasts as inspiration for her boob job as she made a video asking Kylie the specific details of her breast implants so she could get something similar done. According to the TikToker, Kylie had the 'most perfect, natural looking boob job ever'.

"This is a TikTok for Kylie Jenner," the TikToker, called Rachel, said. "Girl, please. Can you just tell us? Can you just tell me what it is that you asked for when you had your boobs done."

Much to the shock of fans, Kylie responded to the video with the details of what she had done. She said: "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol."

Kylie has been asked about her procedures before and shared details on her website. She denied having any plastic surgery on her face and is adamant no filler or Botox has been injected into it.
