Graduates (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Ed, B.Tech/BE) and postgraduates (MA, MSc, MTech/ME, MBA/PGDM, MCA) are also eligible.

Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100 for general and other categories. Women, SC/ST candidates, Divyang (PwBD), and ex-servicemen are exempt from this fee. However, ex-servicemen who are already employed in a government position will not qualify for this exemption.
