Kanya Pujan Muhurta
The Navratri fast and worship of Goddess Durga are incomplete without Kanya Pujan. Kanya Pujan is performed at the end of Navratri. At least nine girls are respectfully invited and fed kheer, halwa, and puris. Their feet are touched to seek blessings and gifts are given. This year, during Sharadiya Navratri, Kanya Pujan will be performed on Ashtami (Ashtami) on September 30th and Mahanavami (Mahanavami) on October 1st.
