Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has shared "proof" she has never gone under the knife. It comes as 54-year-old Amanda has shared the secret to her youthful looks.
Amanda admits she is high-maintenance and has previously said she has used Botox and "tweakments". But Amanda, who rose to fame on Wild at Heart, says she has never had plastic surgery. That is despite rumours in the past that Amanda has gone under the knife.
Speaking to Hello! magazine, Amanda says old pictures of her are "proof" that she hasn't had cosmetic surgery. She said: "I think a lot of people think I've done a lot more than I have and always presume it's plastic surgery, but I've never gone under the knife.
"The proof is in the pictures of me back in the day. My eyebrows are in exactly the same place; we just have a bit more budget now."
Amanda however admits she is high-maintenance when it comes to her hair and make-up. She has daily NAD infused injections, claiming it is "amazing" for things like brain fog, and has skin-tightening treatments.
Amanda however says she is more relaxed when it comes to her skincare routine. She confesses she does "everything wrong" but has recently started drinking collagen.
She believes women nowadays are "breaking the rules" when it comes to ageing. She points out stars such as Kylie Minogue and Jennifer Lopez who are "strutting around in thigh-high boots".
Amanda says her nan "looked decades older" when in her fifties. Now though, Amanda believes women in their fifties are embracing mini-skirts, concluding "midi dresses should be banned".
Previously Amanda revealed she had done Botox when she was younger but decided to stop after the birth of her youngest daughter Hollie. She shares 13-year-old Hollie as well as eldest daughter Lexi with husband Chris Hughes.
Speaking to Closer in 2014, she said: "Everybody knows that in the past, yes, I've talked about having Botox. Since spending too much time in intensive care after nearly losing a baby, I've not gone under the knife or had any injections."
She has also said she would do "anything" to keep herself looking young. She admits she swears by a £31 Elizabeth Arden cream to help maintain her complexion.
In an interview with Prima, Amanda discussed the skincare gem, saying: "This is the one beauty product I've bought on repeat throughout my life," Holden goes on to say: "I think it's great as a lip gloss because it doesn't just sit on top of your lips like many others do, or as a moisturiser".
Created in 1930 to soothe skin, Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant became an instant and overwhelming success. It remains a beloved cream in the skincare arsenals of famous faces and beauty shoppers nearly 100 years after its creation.
