Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has revealed a surprising ambition for life after retirement - he's determined to join the elite 'hole in one club' in golf.
Kane's name is often associated with the beautiful game, but he's confessed that one of his personal objectives is to achieve an ace on the golf course. This revelation came during a moment on his Cleats Club channel (via ), where he shared: "I've never got a hole in one. One of my lifetime goals is to join the hole in one club!".
Beyond the green, Kane has had to move away from his former club Tottenham Hotspur to pursue silverware, just as Gareth Bale did before him. On foreign soil, he's making waves and finally ended his wait as Bayern Munich won the Bundesliga title on Sunday following Bayer Leverkusen's draw.
Kane was the Bundesliga's top scorer last season and appears to be on track to claim the golden boot yet again. He has a five-goal lead over closest competitor Patrik Schick, who himself is experiencing the best season of his career with Leverkusen.
Kane sat out Bayern's 3-3 draw with RB Leipzig on Saturday after picking up his fifth yellow card of he season in the 3-0 win over Mainz.
He expressed his frustration towards the Bundesliga's disciplinary proceedings after being booked against Mainz, compared to his years in the Premier League.
The rules are different between the two leagues. In England, the cut-off for a suspenion for five yellows comes halfway through the campaign and stars can't earn yellow card bans of any kind after gameweek 32 of 38.
"First of all, I think it's an insane decision," said Kane of the yellow card he received. "It's never a yellow card. Unfortunately, sometimes people come to the Allianz Arena and try to make a name for themselves.
"That's why I'm really disappointed that I got the yellow card, because of course I knew I already had four. And secondly, I think the rule is crazy anyway. Five yellow cards in 34 games means a suspension. Crazy, crazy decision. It's kind of my story that I'll miss the Leipzig game. But no worries, I'll celebrate more than anyone else."
