
Royal fans were delighted today after they got a glimpse of on the Buckingham Palace balcony as the royals kicked off the . The youngest child of the Prince and Princess of Wales as he waved from the balcony, standing in between Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
The Royal Family put up a united front today as they watched a military procession in London to mark the end of the Second World War in Europe, which was followed by a flypast by the Red Arrows, which arced across the skies. Louis was in his element as he watched the stunning demonstration alongside Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
But he may also have enjoyed it slightly more as it is close to his heart for a special reason.
Back in 2023, the young prince revealed that he wants to be a fighter pilot when he grows up.
While at an engagement for The Big Help Out during Coronation weekend in in May 2023, Louis was asked by a volunteer whether he might want to become an artist when he's older.
But he replied: "No, I want to be a fighter pilot."
Louis's ambition is closely linked to his dad, Prince William, who - even though not a fighter pilot - did serve as a RAF Search and Rescue pilot during his time in the military, spending three years at RAF Valley in Anglesey, Wales.

Today, the King and Queen led the nation and put on a united front with the Prince and Princess of Wales and other members of the Royal Family for the VE commemorations this week.
Events began today with the military procession through central London, while the royals will also attend a thanksgiving service with veterans at Westminster Abbey on May 8 to mark the day of the anniversary.
In the evening, the King and Queen will be at Horse Guards Parade for a celebratory concert.
