Manchester United are finally set to land a striker with Benjamin Sesko set to join the Red Devils over the coming days. He reportedly flew to England yesterday to thrash out the formalities of his proposed switch to Old Trafford. United are set to pay an initial fee of £66.3million with another £7.3m in performance-related bonuses included in the deal.
Sesko is expected to undergo a medical at Carrington today and the move could be officially announced on the weekend if everything goes to plan. United are now thought to be targeting a move for Carlos Baleba, who has excelled at Brighton since joining their ranks two years ago. However, it could take a record-breaking offer to tempt the Seagulls into doing business.
