Marcus Rashford remained positive despite lasting just 33 minutes on his debut for Barcelona. The former England man was initially named on the bench by Hansi Flick in their friendly with Vissel Kobe, before being brought into the fray at half-time, when the entire starting XI was changed.
However, Rashford lasted just 33 minutes before being hauled off. He did manage to make his mark in that short cameo though, setting up fellow new signing Roony Bardghji in a 3-1 victory.
But shortly after, Rashford and defender Jofre Torrents were ordered to leave the pitch as they were replaced by Gerard Martin and Pedro Fernandez.
Rashford was pleased to get on the pitch for the first time in Barcelona colours, as he spoke for the first time about the match, keeping to the positives despite his few minutes.
"I feel very good, a good performance, and it was truly wonderful to play in front of the fans, and it was also beneficial in terms of physical fitness," Rashford said.
"I'm looking forward to the upcoming matches. I know we managed to win the match today, but it's very important to adapt to the team, get into the playing style, and deliver good football.

"I think we did well, both the first half and second half. It's always tough in matches like these when the team changes between halves, but I think we performed well."
Rashford was then quizzed on where he would like to play for his new club, knowing he has a mammoth task of challenging Lamine Yamal, Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski for the coming season.
He explained: "I believe Hansi Flick can make me play good football. I play where the team needs me and try to score goals and create them from those positions.
"I'll listen to any information I need to hear from Flick and I'll try to apply it in the match and help the team move forward.
"The atmosphere was amazing. We don't always get the chance to play in these stadiums, and now that we're here in Japan, it's great to play in front of these fans.
"My favourite position? Maybe I prefer the left side, but I can play in different positions - one of my strengths is being able to play in various positions."
Flick later admitted that Rashford's lack of playing time, with Manchester United in pre-season but also after an injury ended his season prematurely on loan at Aston Villa, was the deciding factor in the early substitution.
"Rashford hasn't played that much, and we also wanted to give Gerard Martin 15 minutes because he was playing after his injury," the head coach said.
