The announcement is a big win for Starmer, whose diplomatic approach has succeeded where previous prime ministers, including Theresa May, Boris Johnson, and Rishi Sunak, failed. Sir Keir said: "This is a really fantastic, historic day" as he spoke to the US President about the exciting news deal.
