Meghan Markle has got a "strong sense of authenticity" according to a body language expert, who claims the duchess shows this through one telling gesture. While the Duchess of Sussex, 43, has not always been seen in a positive light by members of the public, expert Darren Stanton believes she is truly authentic, especially when on the public stage.
Although no longer a working royal since 2020, Meghan does still make public appearances both with her husband Prince Harry, 40, and solo. In both instances, Stanton claims Meghan seems "comfortable" in the spotlight with a confidence that has increased overtime. Talking about her authenticity, he also said that Meghan shows this by using "open palm gestures".
Stanton also said her "eye contact and tone of voice" is another way she projects herself well in public.
Speaking on behalf of Betfair Slots, he said: "When you look at her public appearances, there are many gestures that reflect Meghan's strong sense of authenticity.
"She often uses open palm gestures, which are key indicators of honesty and trust.
"Even through her eye contact and tone of voice, she projects herself very well - it's clear she's comfortable speaking in public and being around people."

While Meghan and Prince Harry, 40, used to carry out most public engagements together, they have made more solo appearances over the last six months, resulting in rumours of a "professional separation".
This was shown just weeks ago when Harry took a solo trip to Angola, where he followed in his late mother Princess Diana's footsteps as he carried out work for The Halo Trust.
Meghan did not accompany her husband on the trip and instead is believed to have stayed at their Montecito home with the couple's two children Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four.
