A major drama has unfolded in Anupamaa, with emotions running high and relationships once again put to the test. In the latest episodes of the show, viewers witnessed Aryan and Mahi’s impulsive decision to get married, leaving Anu (played by Rupali Ganguly) caught in the middle of yet another crisis.
The recent episodes have shown Aryan falling head over heels for Rahi’s sister, Mahi. So much so, that the young couple decided to take a drastic step—tying the knot without informing or seeking the blessings of their respective families. In today’s episode, the duo is seen at a temple where they call Anu to witness their wedding. Shocked and distressed, Anu pleads with them to rethink their decision and promises to speak to the Kotharis on their behalf.
However, Mahi reacts strongly and emotionally blackmails Anu, threatening to slit her wrist if she tries to stop them. Anu, visibly shaken, is left helpless as she watches Aryan and Mahi exchange wedding vows. Adding to her shock, Mahi clicks a selfie with Anu post-wedding to have proof that someone attended their marriage.
Back at the Shah house, Aryan and Mahi arrive as a married couple, much to the horror of Leela, who fears this union will further strain relations between the Kotharis and Shahs. The tension escalates when Mahi asks Anu to accompany her to face the Kotharis, only for Ishani to intervene. Defending Anu, Ishani declares that Anu will not speak for Mahi and that Mahi should take responsibility for her own choices. Hurt by the rejection, Mahi lashes out, accusing the Shah family of never truly loving her.
Meanwhile, at the Kothari house, Khyati is seen worrying about Aryan and later learns that Mahi is also missing. This fuels the fire as the family prepares for more turbulence.
