Kumkum Bhagya actress Mugdha Chaphekar and her husband Ravish Desai have officially announced their separation. The couple first met on the sets of Satrangi Sasural in 2014, where their on-screen chemistry blossomed into real-life love. They tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony in Mumbai in December 2016. After spending nearly nine years together, they’ve now shared that they’ve decided to part ways and follow separate journeys in life. In their heartfelt announcement, they also revealed that they’ve been living apart for over a year.
Ravish took to his Instagram handle to post a statement announcing their separation. He wrote, "After much contemplation and thought, Mugdha and I decided to part ways as husband and wife to pursue our own paths. It's been more than a year now. We have had a beautiful journey together, one of love, friendship, and respect, and that will continue all our lives."
He further requested for privacy and has kept the comments section off, he stated, "We request our beloved fans, well-wishers, and the media to be kind and supportive and give us the privacy we need to heal. Kindly do not believe in any false stories and statements. Thank you for your love and support."
