Pokemon TCG Pocket players have an exciting news ahead of them as the game is going to bring back Gen 7 Pokemons for the Celestial Guardians expansion . Pokemon TCG Pocket was released less than six months ago, so the game is still very early in its lifecycle, but it has already accumulated several expansions and a collection of nearly 900 cards.
This is going to be the third consecutive set release in a single month. So far, there have been just 12 unique cards based on Gen 7 Pokemons. Hence, the upcoming update is surely going to be a breather of fresh air for the fans.
Pokemon TCG Pocket: All Gen 7 Pokemons in the Celestial Guardians expansion
The next expansion named Celestial Guardians is going to be set number A3, which will focus on the iconic Nintendo 3DS games Pokemon Sun and Moon. Needless to say, the update is going to feature Gen 7 Pokemons.
The Celestial Guardian digital booster pack will be released on April 30, which will feature Hawaiian-inspired Alolan region 's main Legendary Pokemon: Solgaleo and Lunala . The developers have confirmed that this set will contain a total of 200 new cards. Here are some of them which will be part of the new set:
If you want to spend more money, the new set will also come with a digital display board and binder cover. New promo cards will also be available the following week. These will take the form of a few Rayquaza ex cards that can be obtained through missions.
Fans thought that after the release of Triumphant Light, the developers would take some rest. But out of everyone’s surprise, Pokemon TCG Pocket has announced another expansion. Celestial Guardian is dropping on April 30, 2025 on Android and iOS.
