To unlock both the Wraithstones is on the dragon navigation, with proper strategy. After the Komodo champion is defeated and the Serrat control is achieved, the dragon can head to the drained outer edges of the map, opposite the central tower. There, look for the Titan guarding the concealed landing zone. Eliminate it for triggering the demon wave. Then, survive to the end of the fight and access 1st Wraithstone. It will appear as a reward.


Note: The spot is not marked. So, keep an eye out for the glowing silhouette of the Titan. If you do it initially, circling the perimeter of the map will help.


Once you have the Wraithstone, ascend downward towering stone pillars that encircle the Spire. There, you will find the second Titan patrolling. To defeat the Titan will unlock another landing site. So, clear the ensuing demon swarm, for disabling the red barrier and claiming the prize.


The 2nd Wraithstone needs you to dive beneath the central tower. Near the lowest objective marker, the narrow tunnel in the wall will lead you to the hidden chamber. Fly through and dismount. Battle through the Imps and some of the other tougher foes on the secluded island. Your victory here will reward you Wraithstone and the rare Grenade Launcher skin. Once you have it, use the jump pad to return to the dragon. If you miss it, you will have to replay the mission. So, do not rush.
